Why do I get an email confirmation?

This is to ensure the correct ID has been set up. This is to help eliminate any fraud and will be used as a once off transaction.

Will the user be able to use a Mobile phone number?

Consumers can chose to log in via email or Mobile, but not both. Business users must log in using their company email only.

How will the verification for business users take place?

Australian Business Users will need to get verified by an ABN or ACN. For other countries, we will announce the methodology in future releases.

Is my Data safe?

Yes it is as all users are in the Blockchain. VerifyChain uses AWS (Amazon Web Services) to store our Blockchain based technology application.

Will there be a White Label Solution

Since this is a Blockchain application, can we pay with Coins?

No, our solution uses conventional methods of payment.

Is it Posible to only share some of my identities?

Yes, it is. You only share what you want to share. For e.g. You may not want to share your qualifications with an organisation that isn't your employer.

How can I get my identity verified without doing a photo scan?

We use a system that uses APIs to identify your identity like your driver's license, passport or others. Once you fill in the details and click submit, our proprietary algorithms will search through a Government accredited provider (for Australia and NZ) and will give a result if it’s the correct details are not.

I am a business and want to use your system, what's the process?

Will Bio metric scans be used in the future?

Yes, we will have as future developments take place and we implement mobile Apps.

Will I get reminders to update my identification documents?

Not immediately but in future where you need to update, there will be notifications, sent to your account. There will be no email correspondence from us.

Will there be Tiered security model to ensure privacy based on functionality and requirements?
